NEWEST SAUNA at the TIN WIS in Tofino
A series of pictures from the time we loaded the custom sauna on our trailer to we finished and enjoyed a couple refreshments.
We hope you enjoy looking through the pictures as much as we enjoyed making them.
Loaded up the sauna at one of our manufacturing facilities in Parksville, BC.
Added a couple cold plunge tubs on the trailer for marketing purposes.

These structures are already in place.
Every piece had to be taken to the site by hand (or rolled) as we couldn't get the truck down there.
Front and back walls.
The very bottom section is all one piece. It is the first piece that we install and work from there.
Now the staves get installed. First the left side.

Sauna is now put together.
Time to install the seating inside, then the new metal roof.
Seating all in and the MONSTER wood fired heater installed.
now ready for the metal flashing and new metal roof.

4 sheets - black metal on a hot day. The new chimney is also now installed.

Metal roof is now completed.
A most beautiful location just off the surf at the Tin Wis resort in Tofino.
Jordan will be staining the timber frame structure, adding railings and seating and a ton more attention to details like wood storage, an extreme shower bucket and more.

Like to thank the resort maintenance staff who loaned us a golf cart to save 100 trips back and forth. The resort also provided 2 evenings accommodations for our staff.
